Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

The giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Risk and Reward Apparel , with its principal place of business at Calgary AB (the “Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or X), unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who:

  • Have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry (18 or 19 years old, depending on jurisdiction);

  • Have a valid email address; and

  • Comply with all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on February 9th 2026 at 8 am MST and ends April 10th, 2026, at 9pm MST (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will be void.

5. How to Enter

5.1 Standard Entry Method

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

-Every item in the company store includes multiple entries into the give away.

-Entry packages can be purchased in the store for extra entries

- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

5.2 Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

As required by Canadian law, an alternate free method of entry is available:

Free Entry eligibility- to receive free entries into the giveaway the applicant must HAND WRITE a letter indicating the amount of entries desired, equal to one of the packages from the site. The letter also must include a short funny story or joke, applicants name, age and contact information. Letters must be sent to the companies mailing address during the giveaway duration.

 

AMOE entries must be received by March 18 2026 to be eligible.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

7. Prize(s)

7.1 Prize Description

One (1) or more winners will receive:

  • A trip for two to Las Vegas, including airfare and hotels for a 3 night stay. The equal value in gift certificates will also be an equal prize.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2000 CAD.

7.2 Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash equivalent will be provided unless required by law.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

  • Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or expenses associated with receipt or use of the prize.

8. Winner Selection

Potential winner(s) will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The draw will take place within the stated time after contest ends, the winning video will be posted to our Instagram and other social media platforms.

9. Skill-Testing Question

To be declared a winner, a selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor (for example: (5 × 4 + 12 − 6 = ?)).

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, and an alternate entrant may be selected.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Selected entrants will be contacted via [email/DM/phone] within 3 days following the draw.

To be confirmed as a winner, the selected entrant must:

  • Respond within 72H of notification;

  • Correctly answer the skill-testing question; and

  • Sign and return any required Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law).

If a selected entrant fails to meet these requirements, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant selected.

11. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, city/province of residence, likeness, photograph, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway;

  • Disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions;

  • Verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Entries that are incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, or illegible are void.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from:

  • Participation in the Giveaway;

  • Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; or

  • Any technical, computer, or communication-related failures.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

15. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
